Position Summary
Bobby Jones Links, a distinguished club management and development organization, is seeking skilled Line Cooks to enhance our culinary team. With a legacy of excellence since 2000, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and fostering a vibrant workplace culture.
As a Line Cook, your primary duties will encompass:
- Operating various cooking appliances, including griddles, grills, and deep fryers.
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to established guidelines, ensuring the quality and quantity of all meals.
- Plating dishes under the direction of the senior chef.
- Collaborating with servers to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Complying with all food safety and handling regulations in the kitchen and dining area.
- Executing additional related tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Proficient in multitasking.
- Strong team collaboration abilities.
- High level of accuracy and efficiency in task execution.
- Previous completion of food safety training is preferred.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
