Role Summary

We are currently seeking skilled Line Cooks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating various cooking equipment, including griddles, grills, and deep fryers.
  • Preparing and cooking meals according to established guidelines; ensuring the quality and quantity of all orders.
  • Plating dishes in accordance with the senior chef's instructions.
  • Collaborating with service staff to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Complying with all food safety and handling regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Executing additional related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
