Position: Beverage Production and Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: Deep Gap / Boone NC

Role Summary: In the capacity of Beverage Production and Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of beverage production operations, ensuring that processes are efficient and that high-quality standards are consistently upheld. You will lead a team of production personnel, manage production timelines, and work closely with various departments to streamline workflow and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the beverage production facility, including planning, scheduling, and production activities.
  • Supervise and mentor production personnel, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and production standards.
  • Formulate and execute production strategies to meet production goals while ensuring product quality.
  • Evaluate production processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to guarantee the availability of raw materials and packaging supplies.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Establish and uphold quality assurance programs to meet food safety and product quality benchmarks.
  • Address production challenges and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports for management assessment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Fermentation Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in beverage production management or a comparable role within the food and beverage sector.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and food safety standards (e.g., FDA, GMP).
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and production management software.
