Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production processes, maintaining inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move products efficiently and safely.
  • Fill hoppers, maintain ingredient accessibility, and stage ingredients according to recipe sheets and production needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and provide feedback to relevant personnel to ensure accurate stock management.
  • Receive and verify product accuracy against documentation in SAP.
  • Rack finished food from the production department in the freezer and scan into SAP.
  • Print and document shipping labels for finished goods.
  • Conduct daily warehouse inspections and report any product damage, equipment malfunctions, or department deficiencies to relevant personnel.
  • Ensure the warehouse, freezer, and equipment are clean and organized at all times.
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

  • 2 years of warehouse experience.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with SAP, MS Outlook, and Excel.
  • Documented equipment training using forklifts, electric and manual jacks, and other moving equipment.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Good communication and observational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes on the production line.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Shift

This role requires a 2nd shift schedule.
