Job Title: Credit Union Implementation Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Credit Union Implementation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a vital role in introducing credit unions to our core system.

Responsibilities:

  • Train credit unions on ATM/Debit and credit card software
  • Educate credit unions on daily card transaction activity balancing
  • Provide support during the "go live" event to ensure product functionality
  • Assist clients in their initial balancing efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 or more years of experience in installing or running credit union systems with a focus on EFT products
  • Proficiency in debit/ATM/credit processing for credit unions on one or more networks
  • Familiarity with credit union core processing systems, particularly in EFT processing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Galaxy core system
  • Knowledge of project management practices
  • Project Management Certification (preferred, but not required)
