  • Card issuance setup and configuration
  • Settlement and tokenization processes
  • Transaction processing and authentication
  • Clearing and settlement, disputes, and chargebacks
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
  • Experience with card issuing applications such as FIS, TSYS, Tieto, HPS, and Vision Plus
  • Strong understanding of credit/debit/prepaid card issuing and tokenization, as well as token resolution methodologies
  • Knowledge of customer authentication, transaction authorization, clearing, settlement, and recon in conjunction with card schemes
  • Good knowledge of billing and statements
  • Reasonable knowledge of disputes, chargebacks, and frauds
  • Ability to work in an agile project environment

As a Credit Card Issuance Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our card issuance processes, working closely with our development team to configure and implement new applications, and providing expert advice on card issuance and tokenization.
