The Production Line Specialist, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a food manufacturing line, plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to Company Safety Policies and Procedures: Maintain a safe working environment by following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Operate Roasting Equipment: Ensure the roasting machine(s) are functioning optimally to meet quality requirements.
  • Clean and Sanitize Equipment: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of equipment during changeovers to prevent contamination.
  • Inspect Equipment: Conduct regular inspections of roasting equipment before line start-up to identify any potential issues.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document all activities, including production data and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Communicate effectively with coworkers and maintenance staff to optimize equipment performance and resolve any issues that may arise.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a packaging machine operator role preferred.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with manufacturing specifications and quality standards, as well as basic math and computer skills.
Desirable Abilities:
