About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Crushing Plant Process Engineer to join our team at the Walbec Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our crushing and washing plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and ensure a safe working environment for all team members
  • Comply with all MSHA regulations and ensure adherence to company safety policies
  • Manage and maintain all mining-related equipment within the manufacturing department
  • Develop and execute mining-related projects, including feasibility studies and crusher and wash plant design
  • Provide project progress updates and manage subcontractors as needed
  • Review and approve invoices and assign costs to proper projects
  • Manage capital improvement projects and complete special projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, construction management, mine engineering, or related field
  • Five or more years of experience in the aggregate and/or mining industry
  • Strong understanding of mining equipment and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HCSS HeavyBid, HeavyJob, and Equipment360 software
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally
