Job Title: LPN or RN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN or RN to join our team at Knute Nelson. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Job Summary:

The LPN or RN will be responsible for administering medications, providing wound care, and monitoring patient vital signs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating with other healthcare professionals, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications as ordered by physicians
  • Provide wound care and dressings
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate with other healthcare professionals
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a LPN or RN in the state of Minnesota
  • CPR certification within 6 months of hire
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of patients with differing values, backgrounds, and capabilities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
