About the Role

Arcfield is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to support the growth and development of our IDIQ contracts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating strategic relationships with government clients and identifying opportunities to expand our portfolio of IDIQ contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Identify and posture the company to obtain a strategic portfolio of IDIQ contracts that maximize Arcfield's access to the market.
  • Capture and Proposal Support: Support our capture and proposal teams in developing and submitting proposals for IDIQ contracts, including developing pipelines, draft RFP reviews, and attending Industry Days.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with government clients and industry partners to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Contract Administration: Assist with the administration of our IDIQ contracts, including tracking and maintaining IDIQ pipelines of opportunities, and ensuring IDIQ deliverables are met.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide executive-level reporting and analysis to support business development and growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (10-12 years), Master's degree (8-10 years), or Ph.D. (5-7 years).
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant experience working in a business development or growth organization, with a strong understanding of IDIQ contracts and government contracting approaches.
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
