Job Title: Program Manager - Distributed Training Operations

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Distributed Training Operations team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in executing distributed Operational Training (OT) programs, with a focus on Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) training environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement realistic and relevant operational training opportunities for AF Total Force joint warfighter participants via distributive means.
  • Oversee and manage the Contractor team, providing a working interface between the Contractor, Government requirement owners, and the COR.
  • Assure contract compliance for all contract personnel employed at work locations.
  • Assist with contract documentation, including PWSs, security documentation (DD254), technical assessment, and responding to government data calls for cost estimates and contract modifications.
  • Responsible for tracking contract expenditures and hours vs. remaining hours (burn rate).
  • Responsible for budget analysis, spend plan, and requirements documentation and tracking.
  • Provide planning and operational support to DTOC.
  • Coordinate with distributed sites for equipment and labor estimates for installing and servicing LVC-OT related equipment and potential connectivity.
  • Write, assist, and coordinate on a variety of documentation required in the DTOC, including white papers, presentations, correspondence, marketing, and publications.
  • Program analysis or delegation to team member with appropriate communication, written, and analytical skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and six (6) to eight (8) years of management experience.
  • SECRET clearance.
  • Active Professional Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in Program Management functions.
  • Experience in managing personnel in accordance with contract guidance.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in Distributed Mission Operations.
  • Knowledge of military contracting procedures and guidance.
