- Team Leadership: Lead and develop our sales team, provide coaching and training, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth, analyze sales data, and make recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and employee development.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure seamless operations and achieve sales goals.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Licenses and Certifications: Must be 21 years of age, able to pass any applicable alcohol training class, and maintain a current certification card.
