Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Millennium Recruiting, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize company-provided scripts and resources to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Document all customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and customer feedback.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Compensation:

$40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
