Veterinary Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Sunderland Animal Hospital Inc. As a key member of our front office staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our furry friends and their owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist with check-in procedures
- Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients
- Process payments
- Maintain accurate records of patient information in the database
- Assist with basic administrative tasks to support the veterinary team
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate records
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks with minimal oversight
