Job Summary:

In-Depth Engineering Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Test Director to support the growth of our Aegis Ship Integration and Test (SI&T) program. As a Test Director, you will be responsible for conducting government-provided shipboard test procedures and documenting test completion and discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all resource requirements are in place to properly execute each test event
  • Assist in the coordination of sea trial testing, including training participants on respective test procedures and reviewing status of test results
  • Conduct shipboard testing according to government furnished test procedures
  • Inform the ATO/ATM of test-related issues and requirements
  • Support other Test Directors/Lead in coordinating to ensure successful completion of all combat system test events
  • Ensure that all test, training, and operational event reports are collected from their respective team leaders and test results are promptly recorded

Requirements:

  • Associate degree with 1+ years of experience, or 5+ years of experience without a degree
  • Experience with large-scale Ship Integration and Test Practices
  • Navy E5 or higher
