  • Report on essential performance and sales metrics monthly and quarterly to meet sales objectives.
Qualifications:

Essential:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales calls or a related position.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a strong sense of empathy.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities, including negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines effectively and demonstrate excellent time management.
  • Proficient in prioritizing daily tasks to consistently achieve key performance indicators.
  • Confidence derived from overcoming significant challenges, enabling you to engage with hesitant clients.
  • Familiarity with the sales process and CRM software.
