Key Responsibilities- Inspect and modify aircraft at the maintenance base to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical discrepancies and execute repairs of company aircraft.
- Lead and guide mechanics on advanced tasks, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate materials and tooling requirements for projected work, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Schedule manpower to cover aircraft maintenance and inspections, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Perform manual and aircraft parts inventories as required, maintaining accurate records.
- Assist other company departments to ensure on-time departure of company aircraft, providing support as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
- Experience in transport category aircraft maintenance, with a strong understanding of advanced systems and avionics.
- Formal training on advanced systems and avionics, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft software and digital manuals, with a strong work ethic and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in variable weather conditions, with a valid passport or State-issued driver's license.
- 12-month contract with opportunities for extension.
