About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at StandardAero. As a key member of our Mobile Service Team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on gas turbine powered aircraft, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on aircraft engines and related accessories, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with our team to implement effective maintenance strategies and best practices, driving continuous improvement and excellence in our operations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our aircraft and engine systems, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements.
  • Communicate effectively with our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • A&P license with experience in turbine engine maintenance and repair.
  • Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems and engine components.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with occasional overnight stays, to support our mobile service operations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn corporate software and systems.
  • College degree or equivalent technical training in aviation maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
