Company Background:
Founded in 2014 by CEO Ryan Chan, UpKeep emerged from a vision to enhance productivity through a mobile-first solution. After experiencing the limitations of outdated desktop software as a Process Engineer, Ryan was determined to create a better alternative. He learned to code and developed the initial version of UpKeep from his family's garage. Today, our cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and innovative Industrial IoT sensors address challenges for thousands of businesses globally. Our Asset Operations Management solutions, combined with robust cloud ecosystems, empower maintenance and facilities teams to achieve their digital transformation objectives. We are dedicated to providing significant value to an underserved, blue-collar workforce by streamlining workflows, enhancing collaboration, and facilitating work order and project management from anywhere, at any time. UpKeep has successfully raised $50 million in venture capital following a recent Series B funding round led by Insight Partners, Emergence Capital, Mucker, and Y Combinator. We are also building The Maintenance Community, the largest online forum and Slack group connecting industry professionals for discussions, webinars, podcasts, and training courses.

At UpKeep, we celebrate and support our differences. We believe that a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and perspectives allows our employees, products, and community to thrive. UpKeep is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or veteran status.
