Job Title: Property Management Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Administrative Assistant to join our team at USA Properties Fund, Inc. This role will provide administrative support to our property management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our multifamily communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely compliance with all financial reporting requirements as outlined in partnership, loan, and affordable housing agreements.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to review and confirm property, liability, and flood insurance policies.
  • Assist with scheduling affiliate property inspections and coordinate with internal staff to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide data and document requests to internal departments, identifying the purpose of the request and determining the best format to meet the specific need.
  • Perform other administrative duties as determined and directed by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of two years of work experience in real estate asset management, project management accounting, or broad financial analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, create routine reports, and interact effectively with vendors, affiliates, stakeholders, and company employees.
