Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification
