Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective assistance and guidance
- Resolve customer issues and concerns through various channels
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to address customer queries accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles highly preferred
- Bilingual Korean is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM (25 hours/week)
