Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Enrichment Director to join our team at Snow Canyon Retirement Community. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging activities and programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive activity program that meets the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Collaborate with the Wellness Director to ensure seamless integration of activities with resident care
  • Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to support activity programs
  • Coordinate transportation for residents to community events and activities
  • Assist with sales and marketing efforts to promote the community's services
  • Supervise and provide direction to Life Enrichment Assistants
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with seniors
  • Good organizational, planning, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adjust to changes in workloads, assignments, and schedules
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Services, Recreational Therapy, or related field preferred
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 per year
  • Full-time benefits package, including daily pay, PTO, holiday pay, health/dental insurance, 401(k) with employer match, life insurance, short and long-term disability, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and employee assistance program
