Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic and creative approaches to integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, brand managers, and external agencies to bring campaigns to life.
  • Lead teams and contractors to create impactful campaigns that build our brand and generate demand.
  • Contribute to the creative brief process, working with strategists to translate stakeholder input into sound creative strategy.
  • Bring digital-first thinking to every assignment, partnering with stakeholders to optimize digital creative in real-time based on in-market performance data.
  • Champion long-term initiatives that deliver success across a broader area of impact.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the creative industry, with at least 5 years working on integrated, digital-first campaigns as part of an in-house team.
  • Exceptional ability to lead, influence, and work across organizational boundaries with a consistent history of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to lead by example and consistently inspire creative colleagues to create differentiating, pioneering ideas.
  • Strong presenter with an ability to sell creative thinking and ideas across the organization and with senior-level executives.
  • A curious learner with a growth mindset and an ability to quickly absorb information and learn on the job.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive base pay of $169,500 - $296,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
