Marketing Project Manager Role

CMTS is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Project Manager to oversee marketing projects that align with the airport's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of campaigns, initiatives, and partnerships, ensuring timely execution and consistent branding.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing projects from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with PHL's strategic initiatives, objectives, and timelines.
Work with the in-house creative team on the production of marketing materials, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with PHL's brand standards.
Manage the marketing budget and resource allocation for specific projects, monitoring progress and adjusting timelines as necessary.

Campaign Execution:

Work with internal teams and external partners to successfully launch marketing campaigns that promote PHL's brand, events, and services.
Coordinate creative content development with graphic designers, videographers, and other contributors.
Monitor the performance of campaigns, analyzing data and make data-driven recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with other airport departments to ensure marketing efforts support enterprise-wide initiatives, including community relations and strategic partnerships.
Partner with external stakeholders, including vendors, advertising agencies, and media partners.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in project management within a marketing/advertising agency environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Experience managing vendor relationships and external partnerships.
Proficiency in project management concepts and software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and data reporting tools.
