Job Title: Lennox Sales Specialist

Havtech LLC is seeking a skilled professional to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service. As a Lennox Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing new customers and enhancing relationships with existing customers to increase sales of Lennox commercial equipment products in the MD, DC & N. VA markets.

The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of Lennox Commercial products, solutions, and tools to assist customers and/or associates in making product selections based on customer needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, acquire, and cultivate new business opportunities and relationships.
  • Set account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
  • Responsible for project take-off, selection, proposal, pricing, submittal creation, project management, and project closeout.
  • Ensure high post-sale satisfaction by facilitating positive, long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.
  • Maintain accurate call history and account sales activity within the CRM system.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced team members as needed.
  • Collaborate across all Havtech sales teams to support overall growth initiatives and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:

  • A unique combination of education, experience, or demonstrated accomplishments will be considered. A Bachelor of Science in Engineering is preferred. Alternatively, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in a technical or business-related field, along with 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing in the HVAC industry, will be considered.
  • Knowledge of methods for showing, promoting, and selling products, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of a well-developed sales process.
  • Ability to listen and gain trust to build lasting relationships with prospects.
  • Experience with mechanical contractors and commercial service contractors is preferred.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, customer relations, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to travel within a defined region as required.
  • Ability to function independently and deliver results.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
