Job Title: Speech Language Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Specialist to join our team at Spaulding Hospital North Shore. This is a per diem position that offers the opportunity to work with a diverse population of pediatric patients, providing evaluation and treatment for language, cognitive-communicative, articulation, pragmatic/social language, fluency, voice and swallowing/feeding disorders.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness in patients' communication skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Communication Disorders from an ASHA-accredited university program required.
• Licensed (and in good standing) in Speech Language Pathology by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.

Salary: Estimated salary range $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
