We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Salem.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week, 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in speech therapy and be passionate about providing high-quality services to students with communication disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide speech and language therapy services in both individual and group settings, promoting effective communication skills and social interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the education team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that support student progress and success.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • An active Massachusetts SLP license, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence.
  • Previous experience working with children in a school setting, showcasing your ability to adapt to diverse learning environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, ensuring seamless partnerships with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive health and dental insurance and a 401(k) plan with company match.
