About the Role: We are looking for a talented Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at Spaulding Hospital North Shore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and adolescents, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify communication deficits and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Communication Disorders from an ASHA-accredited university program required.
  • Licensed (and in good standing) in Speech Language Pathology by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
