We are seeking a skilled Building Technician to support our client, a public institution, in the maintenance of their justice buildings. As a HAUSTECHNIKER HKLS M/W/D, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper technical condition of the technical systems in the buildings.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent inspections, maintenance, and testing of building systems, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing.
  • Perform regular checks and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Document completed tasks using mobile devices, such as maintenance reports.
  • Be available for on-call and emergency services to ensure prompt response to system failures.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Hold a technical education, such as a HKLS systems mechanic, mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, central heating and ventilation builder, gas and water installer, or equivalent qualification.
  • Have initial experience in building maintenance, preferably in a similar role.
