MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (5pm-3am) for a manufacturing facility located near Lansdowne, MD.Requirements:Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing coaching and development opportunities.Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and maximize equipment life.Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure efficient workflow and meet production demands.Respond to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.Maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies.Oversee the safe execution of all maintenance activities, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.Manage maintenance budgets and track costs associated with repairs and replacements.Work collaboratively with production and quality control teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues impacting operations.Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies related to food manufacturing maintenance.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in a within a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar production environment.2+ years experience as a supervisorProven experience in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Effective leadership and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in the use of a CMMS and other maintenance software programs.A strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
