Position Summary

James White - State Farm Agent is looking for a proactive and career-focused individual to become a part of our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about various insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passionate about the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Capability to present to potential clients
  • Ability to meet mutually established marketing targets
  • Experience in marketing is preferred
  • Current Property and Casualty license is required
  • Life and Health license must be obtained
