Job OverviewWe are seeking an outstanding Caregiver to join our team at Pine Grove Crossing. As a Caregiver, you will provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. You will work in a kind, gentle, friendly, and professional manner, respecting their dignity and privacy.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene.
- Respond to resident calls and determine how to best assist them.
- Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
- Administer and document regularly prescribed medications per the Medication Administration record, observing the seven rights.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents.
- Ability to work as a team and also independently.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field.
- Successful completion of state-approved medication administration training. QMAP certification in the state of CO.
- Competitive salary $19.00-$23.00 DOE.
