We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Lakewood Reserve Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and assistance to residents with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks.
- Assist with mobility, medication reminders, and other healthcare needs in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families, offering companionship and emotional support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient care delivery process.
Requirements
- A Caring Heart: Genuine empathy and a desire to make a difference in people's lives.
- A Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and residents.
- Great Communicator: Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Flexible Schedule: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have a QMAP Med Tech license.
