Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including assistance with daily activities, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
- Administer medications as prescribed, accurately documenting all medication administration.
- QMAP certification in the state of CO.
- Successful completion of state-approved medication administration training.
- Ability to work as part of a team, with a strong focus on resident-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary range of $19.00-$23.00 DOE.
