Responsibilities:- Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily activities, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in senior care and to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and services that meet their unique needs.
- QMAP certification in the state of CO
- Successful completion of state-approved medication administration training
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary range: $19.00-$23.00 DOE
