The Field Installation Manager will work closely with the project manager to provide accurate and timely installation, manage 3rd party installers, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site supervision of installation projects
- Manage 3rd party installers and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate installation
- Identify and present potential cost-saving practices
- Maintain systematic reporting and accountability records
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree from a four-year school or 5 years of experience in MHE or technical and mechanical experience in the field
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 80% consecutive days on-site at a time
Physical Requirements:
- Position is non-Sedentary; requires extensive traveling
- Substantial air-travel or driving distances to supervise or visit customer site locations
