Eversana is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our Order Management team. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for executing key business functions, including order processing, customer support, and returns processing, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements
