Medical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Support Specialist to join our team at Tanya Kormeili, MD, APC.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Clean rooms and office areas to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, confirm appointment details, and process payments.
- Educate patients about products and procedures that benefit them.
- Prepare and update patient charts, including physical exams and medical history.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow.
- Degree or certification in a healthcare-related field (desired).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record applications (EMRs).
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
