About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Occupancy Support Specialist in Santa Monica, California.

This role will provide critical support to our leasing and occupancy team, ensuring seamless processes and exceptional customer service to applicants, residents, and staff members.

The estimated salary for this position is $56,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leasing units to applicants and recertifying residents.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including applicant and resident documentation.
  • Prepare and submit third-party verification correspondence.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with fair housing regulations and guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
