Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services, including the restaurant, banquets, lounge bar, and room service.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train food and beverage staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service to our guests.
  • Quality Control: Inspect sidework to ensure that opening and closing duties are consistently practiced and that our food and beverage services meet our high standards.
  • Guest Relations: Resolve guest-related issues or complaints regarding service and food and beverages.
  • Training and Development: Train new hires and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to our food and beverage staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least two (2) years of hotel food and beverage or restaurant supervisor experience required.
  • Skills: Previous bartending experience, ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written, and ability to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours and lift/carry heavy trays weighing at least 25-30 pounds.
  • Certifications: Current alcohol permit and Food Handler Certification required.
