$66,000 at plan commission

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to attract new clients through diverse marketing techniques, enhancing your portfolio of policyholders.
  • Engage with existing and potential clients to assess their needs and life priorities before recommending tailored insurance solutions.
  • Maintain precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and financial documentation to track progress towards objectives.
  • Formulate risk management strategies for each client to ensure their insurance requirements are consistently met.
  • Stay informed about developments in the insurance industry that may impact your clients.
  • Foster enduring relationships within the community to build trust and expand your client base.
Qualifications:
  • A valid insurance license is required, or candidates must be willing to obtain one.
  • Familiarity with sales lead or accounting software is advantageous.
  • Ability to comprehend state and federal regulations pertinent to insurance sales and clients.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are crucial; customer service experience is beneficial.
  • Must possess the ability to convey complex insurance concepts in an understandable manner.
