Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sprinkler Service Technician/Inspector to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our customers in Eau Claire, WI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to service calls from our Service Resource Center, including diagnosing and repairing electronic fire alarm systems and other related building system products.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to identify equipment/system malfunctions and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to the success of our service team.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of documented experience in low voltage electrical systems, including Fire/Life Safety systems, Access Control, Nurse Call, and Paging systems.
  • Valid Journeyman Sprinkler Fitter License.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • NICET Level II certification.
