Role Summary

The Lending Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the high-performing Vice Presidents of Lending. This position involves the organization and maintenance of comprehensive loan files for the VP's portfolio. You will capture the details and context of each transaction and collaborate closely with our loan processing team to facilitate efficient processing and underwriting of deals. Your effectiveness in this role will empower the VP to serve existing clients, nurture strategic partnerships, and attract new business opportunities. Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact for clients, guiding them through the loan process and acting as a liaison between Processing and the VP of Lending.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the VP's to document the structure of each deal.
  • Draft, issue, and collect Letters of Intent (LOIs).
  • Consistently follow up on the Document Needs List with clients.
  • Assist in maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure the lead funnel is up-to-date.
  • Input Stated Loan Information into the company's CRM system.
  • Manage the calendar and scheduling for the VP of Lending.
  • Coordinate the seamless transfer of loan files to the Loan Coordinator.

Performance Indicators

  • Indicator 1
    1. Objective: Achieve a monthly target of 15+ loans processed in collaboration with the VP of Lending.
    2. Measurement: Review of the Rehab Pipeline report from Salesforce.
  • Indicator 2
    1. Objective: Ensure clients consistently express satisfaction with the speed and efficiency of our processing and underwriting.
    2. Measurement: Monthly Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 80 or higher, with a Beginning of Loan Response Rate of at least 50% and positive customer feedback.
  • Indicator 3
    1. Objective: Maintain a complete and organized loan file with all necessary documentation.
    2. Measurement: All required documents must be marked as complete in the Document Vault prior to underwriting, and all origination fields must be filled out in Salesforce.
