Join Carlisle Construction Materials as a Site Infrastructure Engineer. In this position, you will take charge of the maintenance and enhancement projects for our facilities, as well as oversee the design and construction of new structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating manufacturing and storage facilities to determine infrastructure and operational requirements
  • Formulating maintenance strategies for both immediate and long-term service needs
  • Establishing and updating a comprehensive database of facility information
  • Monitoring and documenting the progress of various projects
  • Leading funding proposals and managing projects in accordance with established guidelines
  • Assembling support teams as necessary

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Essential Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software
  • Familiarity with regulatory and construction codes
  • Understanding of building systems and fire safety protocols
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam is advantageous
  • Expertise in Construction and Project Management methodologies
  • Knowledge of Safety & Environmental Health best practices

Education & Experience Requirements:

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Technical Field is preferred

Equivalency: An Associate's Degree accompanied by 10 years of pertinent work experience

Experience: A minimum of 10 years in an industrial, manufacturing, or technical environment
