We are currently seeking an experienced Nighttime Companion Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Assisting Hands Home Care Central New Jersey. As a key member of our caregiving staff, you will provide vital support to our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $37,000-$45,000.

Job Description

This role requires a caregiver with a caring and empathetic nature, who can establish strong relationships with clients and their families. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. You will also engage in meaningful activities, such as reading, watching movies, or simply enjoying each other's company.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A valid NJ CHHA certification is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in caregiving, parenting, or supportive roles is highly desirable.
  • Certifications like CNA, HHA, or PCA are considered valuable assets.
