  • Front Desk Operations: Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum one (1) year of hotel front desk experience.
  • Skills: Basic principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts; ability to operate front office equipment; experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
