IDD Behavior Support Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Behavior Support Coordinator to join our team at Alvis, Inc. Disability Services in Columbus, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement behavior support plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop strategies to address challenging behaviors
  • Provide training and education to staff on behavior support techniques

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • Professional licensure (e.g. LSW, LPC) preferred
  • Valid Ohio driver's license
  • Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Complete 40 hours of in-service &/or professional development training annually
