About the Position
We are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition and Staffing Manager to join our team in the Information Technology and Services Consulting industry. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, building relationships with staffing vendors, and optimizing staffing processes to meet the company's needs and project demands.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent across various specializations
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create detailed and compliant job descriptions
Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies to maximize job posting outreach and brand awareness
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.
Conduct thorough behavior-based interviews, manage candidate assessments, and facilitate the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs and proactively engage with passive candidates

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience equivalent
5+ years of experience in full-life cycle IT recruiting and staffing, preferably within an IT consulting environment
In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, including compliance
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
Experience managing relationships with staffing vendors and negotiating contracts
Proficiency in managing and optimizing an ATS (preferably Lever)
Proficiency in managing and optimizing LinkedIn
Strong interviewing and assessment skills
Strong analytical and extrapolation skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, independent and results-driven mindset
