Your Role: As a Healthcare Host/Hostess at Sodexo, you will serve as a welcoming presence and an ambassador of the patient experience. The Healthcare Host/Hostess plays a crucial role in communicating effectively with patients, staff, and visitors to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of patient meal trays and floor stock. Key responsibilities include delivering meal carts to patient units, assisting with meal setup at the bedside, disposing of soiled trays, managing inventory in nourishment areas, stocking supplies, and operating technical equipment accurately. Additionally, the Healthcare Host/Hostess will be responsible for sanitation tasks, including cleaning dishware, equipment, and performing janitorial duties. These responsibilities may vary depending on business needs and client specifications.
